Elle,
How are you doing? This is Isaac and Kiersten Henslee, you remember, with the pictures of your amazing cookies that were in our wedding that you probably thought would never show up. Well, I’m sorry that it’s taken us this long to get the pictures to you, but finally here they are. Thanks so much for helping us celebrate our special day, and for making the best cookies on earth.
See you soon,
The Henslee’s

Was in last fall to have lunch. Excellent service and food. Elle made sure to acknowledge me and make sure lunch was up to snuff.

Elle is a creative artist with her incredible edibles, pastries, cookies & cakes! Not only gorgeous to look at but so delicious!
This is also a breakfast & lunch cafe with soups, sandwiches and a famous chicken pot pie!

Amazing! Had loaded soup and it came with breadsticks. Hit the spot on a cold day. Sugar cookies are quite thick compared to cookies i’m used to but excellent flavor and texture.

I was in Montana over the summer and my host, Jennifer, had us meet there to pick up some cookies and they were soooo delicious! It was a joke our whole visit to see who was the first one to attack the cookies each day. The iced cookies are amazing and I know I had one or more each day we were there. Yummy!!!
Wonderful!
entered the Café after having been enticed by the wafting of a delicious vanilla scent. What wonderful treat would I be delighted by in this eatery? Out of the oven come some of Elle’s famous flower cookies. What a sensory experience, but lunch before dessert – she will serve you a cookie without the frosting if requested, by the way.
The menu, written in chalk on the wall next to the entrance and the dessert showcase – what a novel idea, and very green, if I may add. Let’s see, perhaps half a sandwich and soup? Even though the day is warm, I still want to see if Elle’s soups are as good as my own homemade. The roast beef Panini with brie cheese on sourdough (made fresh at the café) and a cup of chicken noodle soup was my selection for lunch.
The Panini was toasted to perfection, the right blend of thinly sliced roast beef with the brie cheese was a masticated celebration in my mouth! The beef was lean, the seasonings just delicate enough to enhance the brie with the beef. An excellent choice, I was very happy.
The soup – oh, the soup!!! I have never before had such wonderful homemade chicken noodle soup. Noodles, of course, homemade by Elle, in the best broth I’ve ever had. It was obvious that the stock was fresh, the vegetables fresh, the chicken fresh. I tasted a spice not usual in chicken noodle soup, I believe it may have been sage, almost reminiscent of Thanksgiving, exactly the emotion I felt after my experience of having lunch at Elle’s Belles.
Yes, I did it. I finished with the cookie – no icing, coming full circle back to my entrance.
Best lemon cupcake ever!

My boyfriend and I were in Bozeman for the weekend, and like I always do when going to new places I checked out what there was to eat in town. Elle’s kept coming up with rave reviews, so I decided that we just had to check it out. I am so happy we did!
We both ordered the Hot Mantana Panini and it was soooo good! One of the best Panini’s I have ever had. The cream cheese brownie I had for dessert was also very good.
While we were waiting for our food, Elle started up a coversation with us. She is so funny and sweet. She left a little bit before we got our food, she had to deliver a wedding cake, which by the way was beautiful. After she left, one of the girls working there brought us over a cupcake and said it was on the house. I was so stuffed I couldn’t eat it there, so we had it as a snack on the way back home. It was hands down the best lemon cupcake I have ever had.
Elle, I don’t know if you will read this, but thank you for the wonderful food, and the amazing cupcake! We will definitely be back the next time we are in Bozeman!

I received an assortment of cookies from Elle’s Belles as a Christmas gift – I’m not really a cookie person but I tried them and I LOVE them! I immediately placed an order for a family member and have these on my idea list for next year as well! Luscious cookies…the best I’ve ever tasted!

I fell in love with the baked goods from elle’s belles when I visited Montana last summer. The iced cookies are amazing! I also love the moon pies in a variety of flavors. I received an assorted box of cookies for Christmas this year and am blown away by how fresh they are – even shipped! I will definitely order them as gifts in the future – yum!!!

Elle’s Belles rocks! I live in Houston and every summer I come through Bozeman on the way to Livingston to the family ranch. It is MUST to make a run by Elle’s Belle’s and get some goodies for me and my house guests! Her peanut butter and jelly cookies are my faves and I also love the berry bird sandwich!! I wish you’d open a location in Texas – I’d be there all the time!!
LOVE this place!

I big, huge DITTO to every review so far. I worked in the food industry for many years and feel that something well worth noting (in addition to the comments above) is the consistancy of Elle’s faire. How many times have you heard a conversation about a restaurant where someone says it was fantastic and the person they are talking to says it was terrible? That, my friends, is a lack of consistancy, and something you will NEVER hear said about Elle’s. All who enter her doors will agree that they have never had anything less than a perfect meal or treat. In the food industry, this is indeed rare and the highest compliment, in my book, that any restaurant can receive.

Elles is THE place to go for good eats. From sandwiches, to soup, to cookies and wedding cakes. Everything is made from scratch and delicious. We’ve had Elle make a wedding cake for my sister-in-law. It was absolutely beautiful! (Also, Elle had only 2 days notice, she would most likely like a little more heads up!) I can’t say enough about this place. Tell your friends and make your way to Elles Belles.
best treats in Bozeman

Hands down, Elle makes the best cookies around. And I love cookies…! But it’s not her only talent. She also serves up great sandwiches and soup at her restaurant, which is right next to MSU.
Scrumptious!!

Obviously baked with LOVE, Elle’s Belle’s cookies are unforgetable!! Alas…cookies are just part of her art. Elle’s Belle’s is inviting and cozy with other delectable eats AND she supports artists and musicians in endless creative caring and giving ways. Catch a concert, eat a bite…treat yourself!!

Elle’s Belles Bakery and Cafe’ is a rarity in Bozeman. She can do it all! Incredible desserts, gourmet sandwiches, and food catered to any event, meeting, function you have. But there is more to this place than just the food.
Elle is a generous woman who continually gives back to the community in Bozeman. Whether by donating her goodies to a community organization, providing a place for musicians or artists to share their talents, or making that special request for a certain someone, everything she does is done with love. I couldn’t recommend her or her bakery and Cafe’ enough!
YUMMY!

Elle’s Belles had some very tasty things- I had the roast turkey sandwich with avacado with chicken noodle soup. It was amazing. Perfect for the winter chill.
Her cafe is very cute, and cozy. Elle is great, too! Five stars for both Elle and ALL of her treats from my tummy!
